All boarding cancellations must be phoned into front desk personnel.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1 - Sunday Drop Off is only possible if you bring in the food before 3 PM on Sat.

2 - Pick Up on Sunday BEFORE 6 PM. Pick Up between 6 & 9 PM on Sunday must be PRE-ARRANGED with front desk person, no voice mail messages pls.

3 - When you pick up after hours, make sure you sign out INCLUDING TIME.

4 - Drop off before 7 am weekdays and 8 am weekends, must be pre-arranged.

5 - No pick ups after 10 PM week nights and 9 PM weekends.

6 - Food must be individually bagged and Medicines clearly instructed & identified.

Recommendation for Parents Flying - Bring extra food - it's the rainy time of year - flights are being delayed and cancelled. If you are delayed a day, we have then have food. Same principal applies to medicine.
